Court-Ordered Anger Management Program
The program may be appropriate for individuals who are required to complete an anger management course as part of a court order, judicial recommendation, probation or parole condition, peace bond, diversion program, sentencing requirement, workplace disciplinary process, return-to-work plan, or referral from a lawyer, employer, or community organization.
Our structured educational program is designed to help participants better understand anger, recognize situations that may contribute to anger-related behaviour, and develop practical skills for responding more appropriately in everyday situations. Through educational content, practical exercises, case studies, and knowledge assessments, participants strengthen their understanding of personal responsibility, communication, conflict resolution, and decision-making.
Participants can complete the program entirely online and at their own pace, allowing them to balance their educational requirements with work, family, and other personal commitments. Upon successful completion of all program requirements, participants receive a Certificate of Completion that may be submitted to the referring court, probation officer, lawyer, employer, or other authorized organization, where applicable. With the participant’s written consent, proof of completion may also be provided directly to a court, lawyer, probation officer, employer, or other authorized individual or organization through the program’s Court Reporting service.
The program has been developed to meet standards commonly required by courts, probation officers, and legal professionals throughout Canada. However, acceptance of any educational program remains solely at the discretion of the judge, probation officer, or other authorized legal authority. Participants are encouraged to verify acceptance with the appropriate authority before enrolling.
Completion of the program does not guarantee any particular legal outcome, including an acquittal, discharge, sentence reduction, dismissal of charges, or any other judicial decision. All legal determinations remain exclusively within the authority of judges and other authorized legal decision-makers and are based on the specific circumstances of each case.
Please note that this program is educational in nature and does not provide legal advice, counselling, psychotherapy, psychological assessment, or mental health treatment.
