Recognizing Early Warning Signs

Anger rarely appears suddenly. In most situations, it develops gradually through a series of physical, emotional, and mental changes that occur before a loss of control. This session helps participants learn how to recognize their personal early warning signs, including body tension, changes in thoughts, emotional reactions, and behavioral cues that signal rising anger.

Participants will explore how early awareness creates an opportunity to pause, make more thoughtful choices, and prevent situations from escalating into conflict. Through practical examples and guided reflection exercises, this event focuses on building awareness rather than judgment, helping participants identify the moment when intervention is still possible.

By learning to recognize these early signals, participants develop greater self-control and reduce the likelihood of negative consequences in personal, family, and professional situations.
