Upon successful completion of all course modules and activities, participants will receive a bilingual Certificate in English and French, which can be downloaded, printed, or submitted electronically.

For individuals completing the course to satisfy a court order or legal requirement, the program includes a Court Reporting service. Upon request and with participant consent, an official report of completion can be sent directly to the relevant court, lawyer, probation officer, or other authorized party.

While this course is designed to meet the standards commonly required by courts, probation officers, and legal professionals across Canada, it is important to note that final acceptance of the course – and any impact it may have on legal outcomes – is solely at the discretion of the judge or authorized legal authority. Completing this course does not guarantee acquittal, discharge, reduction of sentence, or any other specific legal outcome. Only a judge or authorized legal authority can make those decisions based on the full context of the case.
